The Attica Zoological Park is not easy to get to if you dont own a car, but it definitely worth it. The territory is really nice, animals are amazing and well fed. We spent an interesting day walking there.
The Attica Zoological Park opened in May 2000 and now hosts the 3rd largest bird collection in the world. Of course, we decided to visit it not because of the birds. As usual, we were looking for llamas!
After seeing Moscow State University, we went to Red Square again. This time we were lucky and it was opened. We also visited GUM — Main Department Store, located on the Red Square.
Early in the morning we feeded ducks in the lake near our hotel and went to see Moscow State University — the largest university in Russia. Founded in 1755, it also claims to be the oldest university in Russia and the tallest educational building in the world.
The Arbat is an approximately one-kilometer long pedestrian street in the historical centre of Moscow. It has existed at least since the 15th century. Any Moscow visitor must take a walk there.
Moscow Zoo is not even half that great as it is described on tourist web sites. Old and apathetic animals, small cages. We were intrigued by dolphinarium, but it didn't impress us either.
Surely, we couldn't miss the Moscow International Business Center. It is expected to become the first zone in Russia to combine business activity, living space and entertainment in one single development.
At our second day we desided to visit Red Square, but it was closed. So we took a walk around Kremlin, eating ice-cream and making photos of Moscow birds.
